Meet the 14 startups scaling with AI across Europe
This spring, 14 ambitious startups from Sweden, Finland and Estonia kicked off their journey in the international pre-scale program GSAI – Growth & Scaling Through AI. From healthcare, education and sports to logistics, forestry, agriculture and digital publishing, the companies are tackling very different challenges – but share one ambition: to use AI and international market expansion to accelerate their growth.
The startups began their GSAI journey in spring 2026 and will take part in the program from May 2026 to February 2027, working with international growth, AI, market expansion and connections across the Central Baltic startup ecosystem.
During the program, the companies will work with world-leading experts in business growth and AI, gaining access to coaching and mentoring, international market discovery and valuable connections with potential clients, investors and ecosystem partners.
The participating startups also have the opportunity to gain access to international student teams from ESCP Business School, working alongside the companies to identify scalability opportunities and support future market expansion efforts.
Meet the startups
Estonia
1. KULG develops a training platform for runners and coaches, using training data to provide adaptive guidance, support sustainable progress and help runners reach their goals while reducing the risk of injury.
2. Beyond Code helps lenders, debt collection agencies and utility companies automate debt recovery through AI-powered voice agents, increasing capacity and operational efficiency while supporting compliant processes.
3. Grainflow develops AI-powered technology for more efficient grain drying. Its AI Guidance solution optimizes dryer performance to reduce costs and increase profitability for agricultural businesses.
4. MS Forest develops a forest management platform combining inventory data, remote sensing and user input to help forest owners and managers make better decisions and monitor forests more effectively.
5. PocoBit turns company knowledge and internal documents into interactive, AI-powered training experiences, helping organizations improve knowledge retention and streamline employee training.
Finland
6. Aurafleet is an AI-native operating system for road freight companies that brings operations and workflows together, turning operational data into recommendations that support more efficient decision-making and execution.
7. Dandelier develops travel technology that helps travel businesses automate complex B2B sales processes by bringing real-time pricing, availability and supplier collaboration into one workflow.
8. Dokport is a digital healthcare platform designed to make medical care faster, more accessible and efficient by reducing administrative work and supporting healthcare professionals. The platform has already served more than 70,000 patients.
9. Sinapsia develops TeachersPRO, an AI-powered platform that supports teachers through personalized learning and practical classroom support, combining AI with evidence-based methods and collaboration.
10. Sportribe develops Thril, a sports venue management platform bringing bookings, payments, customer management and marketing into one system to help operators streamline their businesses and increase venue utilization.
Sweden
11. Noxit helps mid-sized and enterprise organizations turn strategy into measurable results. The company combines a SaaS platform with advisory services to make OKR-based goal management structured, transparent and actionable.
12. Atjoo develops AI-powered solutions for healthcare and veterinary providers, automating communication and administrative tasks so professionals can spend more time on patient care.
13. Careifai develops AI-powered tools for psychiatry that reduce administrative workload and support neuropsychiatric assessments, helping healthcare providers save specialist time, shorten waiting lists and improve access to care.
14. Mochi Digital develops software for publishers, creators and readers that makes it easier to distribute content across platforms. Its products, including Feed Control, help publishers reach larger audiences while reducing technical complexity.
Building the next generation of European scaleups
Together, the 14 companies represent a broad range of industries and technologies, but they face a common challenge: how to turn strong products and solutions into scalable international businesses.
Throughout GSAI, the startups will explore how AI can support their growth while testing new markets, strengthening their international networks and identifying opportunities for expansion across Europe.

GSAI – Growth & Scaling Through AI is an international pre-scaleup program co-funded by Interreg Central Baltic Programme and Region Gävleborg.
The next GSAI round is planned to start in spring 2027, with applications opening in February 2027.
